Thank you for shopping with PaintShakerParts.com! We strive to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. Below is our shipping policy to help clarify timelines, costs, and expectations.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped the same business day when placed before our daily cutoff. However, to ensure accuracy and consistency, please allow up to 1 business day for processing before shipment. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. During checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred shipping method and view estimated delivery times. Some fulfillment locations ship via specific carriers only; in such cases, a comparable service level may be used.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timing is outside of our control. International shipments may be subject to customs delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected service, destination, order weight, and packaging requirements. Shipping rates may include handling and packaging costs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
International Orders & Import Fees (Including Canada)
International orders are shipped with transportation charges paid by us; however, all import-related charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may include customs brokerage and entry preparation fees, duties, GST/HST, PST, QST, and carrier administrative or disbursement fees.
Import fees are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout and are assessed by the carrier or customs broker. Fees are typically collected prior to or upon delivery. By placing an international order, the customer agrees to act as the Importer of Record and to pay all customs clearance charges required for delivery.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to unpaid import fees, incorrect address information, or carrier issues, the customer remains responsible for all shipping and return costs incurred.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it has not been received, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
